We now offer Business Reply Mail to all UW
departments through the Extension Building Mail Center.

The USPS maintains very strict requirements for sending
Business Reply Mail. To ensure you meet these requirements,
we have a Business Reply Mail template that you should
use when designing your mailing.

For more general information regarding Business Reply Mail,
the USPS has compiled this document to help you design your
mailpiece in accordance to their requirements.

The cost of Business Reply Mail is 11 cents
above the First Class rate for your mailing.
